Complete introduction of water treatment plants and water treatment methods at the best prices

Water treatment and domestic, hospital and industrial wastewaters can be very good and successful in reducing water consumption as well as preventing the entry of various pollutants into the environment. To this end, setting up a modern and up-to-date treatment plant, taking into account all existing aspects and regulations, is the first step to achieve this goal.

What is a refinery? What do they do in the refinery?

If we want to define a storehouse, we must say that it is a place where chemicals or bacteria are removed and… in water or sewage, and thus the water use cycle is revived and Used in industry and agriculture and factories and..

There are different types of refineries. For example, a wastewater treatment plant where the various types of industrial and municipal wastewater are recycled and the treated wastewater is reused, or a water refinery that removes chemical, microbial and physical contaminants in various dimensions and sizes. Makes water clean for home consumption and drinking.

In this article, we try to answer questions such as, where is the treatment plant, what is the treatment plant, what is done in the water refinery and the like.

How is the refinery located?

Refineries treat and purify various types of contaminated water and so-called wastewater that have been used once. Such as sanitary wastewater (hospital, residential, commercial, office) industrial wastewater (factories, power plants, workshops, ..)

In a purification house, purification operations are performed in different ways. The methods used for partial purification in a water refinery are:

Chemical methods, physical methods, biological methods, sludge treatment
Each of these methods, according to its own mechanisms, analyzes and purifies wastewater chemically, physically and biologically.

Chemical treatment:
This method is based on the use of chemicals for water or wastewater treatment, and in wastewater treatment plants, chemicals such as chloroform or other polymeric materials are used to dissolve in the wastewater or insoluble materials. And affect the colloid. Substances such as chlorine are also used for biological purification and killing of germs and disinfection of water.
Chemical treatment should take place both on industrial wastewater and on sanitary and municipal wastewater. Because the consumption of chemical compounds during the day and night, has caused us to have a variety of soluble and insoluble substances in domestic and hospital wastewater.
The following methods are used to eliminate “soluble substances” in wastewater:

Neutralization of
oxidation and reduction
of ion exchange
To eliminate “insoluble matter” or so-called colloidal or suspended particles in wastewater, the following methods are used:

Flocculation of insoluble compounds
Floating
adsorption with the help of activated carbon
Physical treatment: The
set of processes that help to separate materials and contaminants only by physical and mechanical methods is called physical treatment of water and wastewater. Among the physical methods of purification are the following:

Sewage or water passing through special filters and not allowing the passage of coarse materials, settling
suspended materials and separating them,
moving suspended materials on water and separating them

Biological treatment:

In a biological treatment plant, the work is based on the removal of organic matter, pollutants and microbial organisms, which itself involves various steps. The most important operation in this process is the growth of microorganisms in the wastewater environment, which includes the phase of aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment.
Each of these steps, depending on the type of bacteria that can work with or without oxygen, is involved in the formation of organic particles and clots and pollutants and their transport and consumption by bacteria, in biological treatment.

Introduction of Pool Treatment Plant
As mentioned at the beginning of the article, water refineries can be divided into different types according to their type of activity. Although the work in the refinery depends on the purpose of wastewater treatment at the same time, but the treatment methods in all these units are similar and based on physical, chemical and biological methods.
